Venison backstrap is better than any steak

I'll argue this with anyone. Cook it right and it beats expensive beef every time, why would I buy meat when I've got this?
 
Backstrap ruined store-bought steaks for me. There is absolutely nothing that compares to wild, clean, earned flavor.
 
I am totally with you on backstrap. When I cook it just right, it is better than most steaks and it is rewarding to serve.
 
Venison backstrap fried in a cast iron skillet with butter and garlic beats most restaurant steaks for me especially after a cold morning hunt
