Ramen in the Prep Stockpile, Yay or Nay?

So, I'm curious about keeping ramen in my prep stash. Yeah, it's not the most nutrient-dense food, but it's super cheap, filling, and really lasts a while. I've already got a few cases stored, but how long do they really last past the expiration date? And is there a better way to store the packs other than just leaving them in the box? Anyone out there rotating ramen regularly or have any tricks to make it more useful for long-term situations? I feel like they last way longer than expected!

Not really a "prep stash", but I keep a 12 pack of Korean Ramen on hand for when THE ADMIRAL leaves me on my own for eats. I pressure canned my last two deer (except the tenderloin and backstraps as roasts) and adding a scoop of canned venison to the ramen is yummy!
