Partner who shoots and partner who doesn't

I am curious how many of you have partners who actually shoot with you versus partners who have zero interest. Does it matter? I know guys whose wives love it and guys whose wives hate it. Both seem to work fine. What's your situation and does it cause issues or nah?

Mine’s more of a “cheerleader” than a shooter...She comes along, snacks in hand and laughs at my bad shots.
