Gun safe dehumidifier

If you live anywhere humid, it is necessary to have dehumidifier. Rust doesn't care how expensive your guns are. I use those rechargeable silica gel things cause they're cheaper than electric ones. I made the mistake of opening my safe once after a really humid summer without using one, and I'll never do that again. The bit of surface rust I found was enough to teach me.

I messed that up once. I opened my safe after summer and felt sick for my investments. so now I always use silica packs

I use an electric safe dehumidifier. Plug it in and you're done. My safe is in a climate-controlled room, so the in-safe dehumidifier is just a back-up of sorts.
