Let’s talk old-school navigation

Hey everyone, I'm wondering how many of you still get around without GPS. Ever used a map, compass or even just the sun to figure out where you are? It's a good skill to have. So if you've got any tips, tools or stories about getting lost and finding your way back? Share here

I still keep a compass in my pack just in case and I have realised navigating by landmarks oftentimes sharpens your sense of direction

I always have a compass as backup, but honestly I use onxhunt hunt now, not only does it tell you were you are, but property lines and a whole lot more..FYI..I have nothing todo with the company...
