I came across Montana Knife Company while listening to Josh Smith on the Dave Ramsey EntreLeadership podcast. He shared some interesting insights about their focus on quality, all-American-made knives. They look to be well-made, but I haven't had a chance to try one out myself. Has anyone in the forum used their knives? I'd love to hear how they perform in real-world situations.

I have a couple, I like the Mini Speedgoat for gutting trout. I used the non-magnacut version at first, I was surprised how much it rusted by the time I got home. As soon as they released a magnacut version, I picked one up. I would only go with their Magnacut blades, great design, sharp out of the box and hold the edge. I'm not a fan of paracord handles, I got a craftsman on another forum to add a micarta handle, sits unnoticed in my fishing vest until I need it, been using it about a year, fish 2 or 3 times a month. Sheath's a great design too.
