I figured we could use a positive thread for a change. Whether it’s a manufacturer who went above and beyond, a local shop that fixed an issue fast or a rep who treated you right, let’s hear it. Good service deserves recognition in this community...who’s earned your respect lately and what did they do right?
 
I remember going to this little gun shop upstate. I just needed ammo but the owner helped me set up my scope for like an hour and wouldn’t take any extra money that's what I call real service.

Yes that's what going above and beyond means
 
Ruger did something great for me once. I sent in a worn revolver part and they replaced it for free with a handwritten note thanking me for being a loyal customer.
