Hi all, quick question, im a little confused on the new system, I got my fishing and hunting tags online and paid for the paper copy, of course neither one ever showed up , so do I need to keep my cell phone with me all the time with the license screenshots or does it just come up automatically if you have an interaction with Dec? Before you laugh ...I grew up in the back tag era lol and just recently took up fishing / hunting again
